Ascott has recently scored a contract to manage a 229-unit premier serviced residence in Doha. This will be the first Ascott-branded property and Ascott's second property in the capital of Qatar, one of the fastest growing countries in the world. With this latest addition, Ascott will have over 800 apartment units in five serviced residences across three cities in the Gulf region.
