1.     Members can accumulate the number of online bookings made and will qualify for different rewards for materialized room nights from now till 31 December 2010.

2.     Members can only redeem each tier of reward once.

3.   Members are able to qualify for the different tiers of rewards as long as they fulfill the qualifying number of room nights.

4.   Members who received the instant reward are still eligible to qualify for the accumulative rewards.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.     This campaign is open to all current active members of The Link Club only.

2.     This campaign is only applicable to selected properties.

3.     Booker’s company must have a valid contract with The Ascott Limited in order to be eligible for this reward.

4.     Booker must be an active member and has a valid membership with The Link Club at time of booking.

5.     Member shall inform or declare their employers on the reward. The Ascott Limited will not be liable for any termination of member’s employment with their companies as a result of the reward.

6.     Bookings are determined by the successful online transaction(s).

7.     Bookers will need to receive the online confirmation(s) in order to qualify.

8.     Booking(s) are to be done by the registered member only and members cannot combine or transfer their bookings to another member and vice versa.

9.     Rewards are non-exchangeable for cash. Should the member be unable to claim the prize as awarded upon 3 months of initial contact, the reward will be sent to a representative from the booker’s company.

10. Cancelled or bookings under waitlist will not be taken into account for the purpose of this campaign. 

11. The Ascott Limited reserves the right to change the prizes and terms without prior notice.

12. The Ascott Limited’s decision is final in the outcome of this campaign.
