Decommissioning of The Link Club
1. Why is The Link Club program ending?
We have chosen to decommission The Link Club program as part of our engagement review. We will continue to support our booking partners and ensure a smooth transition.
2. When does The Link Club program end?
The Link Club program will officially end on 31 March 2026.
3. What happens to my The Link Club points and benefits?
All The Link Club points earned on eligible room nights must be redeemed by 31 March 2026. We recommend completing your redemptions as early as possible to ensure you enjoy your rewards in full.
4. Can I still earn The Link Club points?
The Link Club points are only earned on eligible room nights stayed up to and including 31 January 2026.
Example: If your stay runs from 31 January to 2 February, no points will be awarded for 1 February or any subsequent nights.
5. If I book now for a stay after March 2026, will I earn points?
No. Only eligible room nights completed by 31 January 2026 will earn points, and all redemptions must be completed by 31 March 2026.
6. Will there be a replacement program?
Currently, there is no direct substitute for The Link Club. Nevertheless, we recommend registering for Ascott Star Rewards, our guest loyalty program, to access a range of stay-related benefits. Learn more about Ascott Star Rewards here.
7. Will my The Link Club membership transfer to Ascott Star Rewards?
No, Ascott Star Rewards and The Link Club are entirely separate programs. Only guests who sign up for Ascott Star Rewards can earn points.
8. Will there be special offers or compensation?
Option to convert remaining The Link Club points to Ascott Star Rewards points or full redemption found in your reward catalogue *Selected properties only.

9. Will my rates or bookings be affected?
No. All existing confirmed bookings and the rates booked will remain valid and honoured. Please note that The Link Club points are only earned on eligible room nights, and no points will be earned for stays from 1 February 2026 onwards.
10. Does this apply to room and event bookings?
Yes. This change applies to both room and event bookings in terms of programme closure.
Room bookings: Points are only earned on eligible room nights up to and including 31 January 2026.
Event bookings: Event bookings and agreed rates remain unchanged and were not eligible for point earning under The Link Club.
11. How will I be notified of updates?
We will share updates via email and other official communication channels.

Redemption of rewards
1. How do I redeem my rewards?
Log on to www.thelinkclub.com to browse through our rewards catalog. Depending on the number of points you have accumulated, select the reward items you are entitled to and proceed to checkout your online cart. You are also required to confirm/update your address for delivery of your reward items. Terms and conditions apply for the redemption of rewards.
2. How do I know whether my redemption is successful?
Once you have confirmed checkout, your points will be automatically deducted based on the points allocated for each reward redeemed.
You should receive the items in 6 weeks from date of your redemption. However, if you do not, please email our Membership Services TLCmember_services@the-ascott.com or contact your dedicated Sales Manager.
