Decommissioning of The Link Club
Important Announcement: The Link Club Program
We would like to inform you that The Link Club program will be ending on 31 March 2026.
This decision follows a careful review of our engagement initiatives. While The Link Club will be decommissioned, we remain fully committed to supporting our booking partners and ensuring a smooth transition.
Key Dates to Note
· Last date to earn points: 31 January 2026 (eligible room nights only)
· Program end date: 31 March 2026
· Points redemption deadline: 31 March 2026
Earning Points
· The Link Club points can only be earned on eligible room nights stayed up to and including 31 January 2026.
· Any nights from 1 February 2026 onwards will not be eligible for The Link Club points, even if the stay commenced prior to this date.
Redeeming Your Points
· All earned points must be redeemed by 31 March 2026. We encourage you to complete your redemptions early to fully enjoy your rewards.
· Option to convert remaining The Link Club points to Ascott Star Rewards points or full redemption found in your reward catalogue *Selected properties only.

Impact on Your Bookings
· All existing confirmed bookings and agreed rates will remain valid and honoured.
· This change applies to both room and event bookings:
o Room bookings: Points are earned only on eligible room nights up to 31 January 2026.
o Event bookings: Rates and agreements remain unchanged. Event bookings were not eligible for point earning under The Link Club.
What’s Next?
There will be no direct replacement for The Link Club. However, we invite you and your guests to join Ascott Star Rewards, our guest loyalty program, to enjoy benefits on personal stays. Please note that membership does not transfer automatically and requires separate sign-up. Learn more about Ascott Star Rewards here.
Please note that The Link Club and Ascott Star Rewards are separate programs, so you will need to register for ASR independently.
